We also include maintenance of the technology over the long term, so there is no burden on your valuable human resources. LightStream is only billed monthly as a “Saved Energy Utility Payment” based on KWhrs saved. You are guaranteed to be cash flow positive day one. Lunera’s LightStream LaaS program provides long-term value. As the payments are fixed, you’re protected from fluctuating or seasonal utility rates.
The LightStream service program is fully customizable:

What is included
The service program includes Lunera’s LED lamp technology, installation, and contract period maintenance. We will install the LED lamps and will remove/recycle your old, obsolete CFL, T8, Metal Halide, or High-Pressure Sodium lamps. Our plug-and-play LED lamp replacements feature Lunera’s proprietary BallastLEDTM technology to utilize your existing infrastructure of fixtures, and ballasts for a non-disruptive upgrade to beautiful, energy efficient LED lighting.

We view your facilities with a commercial real estate portfolio approach – blending high- and low-cost energy locations to upgrade more square footage. Without being limited by your CapEx budget, you can upgrade your entire portfolio fast and maximize your profit immediately.
What Happens after the Service Contract is over?
Once the contract is completed, you are not billed for the “Saved Energy Utility” any more. You keep the LED lamps and increase your economic benefit through continued energy savings.
